Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unused items in their original, sellable condition, with all packaging intact, within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used items, including those with opened packaging (e.g., sealed flavors), cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued minus any shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Custom-made and special-order items are non-returnable.
Please note, due to variations in display settings, we cannot guarantee that the color of a product on your screen will match exactly. If you have concerns about how a product will look in person, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
All returns must be pre-authorized via phone or email.
All returns must shipped in a secure box; preferably what it was delivered in unless otherwise damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt via phone or email. Be sure to save all packaging and shipping materials until instructed otherwise.
Lost Packages
In the event of a lost package, we will only be able to refund the amount refunded to us by the shipping carrier. For example, if UPS offers a $100 refund, we can only refund that amount.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and orders may be canceled at any time before they are shipped. However, please note that it can be very difficult to cancel an order once it enters the processing stage. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that all cancellations will be successful once the fulfillment process has started.
Custom-made and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
